Step in Udi’s. They make this magic baked loaf. Free of every­thing — but not free. Far from it. Sigh.

    Taken to mak­ing our own bread (well, a machine does it for me). It’s great, I get to decide how much sugar/salt goes in. I don’t have the gluten free issue to worry about, but I know it’s pos­si­ble to sub­sti­tute the flour.
