I used to look forward to mail

Mail these days consists of advertising and an occasional letter to our daughter who’s home from college this summer.

It used to be that our mailbox would include evidence of actual human contact. Now it’s only once every few weeks.

Oh – but I do enjoy my car magazines… but they’re dying away too.

  1. I know what you mean. These days everything I receive is either a bill or junk that goes right into the recycling bin.

The same thing applies to my phone. Almost every time it rings it’s a telemarketer (or worse) calling. I don’t even bother to answer it anymore unless I recognize the number.

We’re just so inundated with advertising and other junk, it’s frustrating!
