I could have never gotten this photo with my previous camera. This Sony has a 10x optical zoom. Great for getting closer than I would otherwise.

My camera’s screen broke a few days after I got here. I borrowed my sister’s and my stepmom’s cameras at different times, and have been making do with my cell phone lately. I found a shop that says they can fix it, but haven’t gotten the estimate yet. If it’s too much, I will definitely upgrade to something with more of a zoom (I have 3x currently). I do like the convenience of a pocket camera, though.
